5 total rounds. Squats and Jump Lunge are timed for 30 seconds. Jump Lunges can be modified for an alternating lunge or step back to high knee. Push ups can be modified on the knees or on an elevated surface.

Really liked the rotating rows. I’ve never done them like that before. Definitely a good workout but quick.
