What’s the main goal for your workouts? I’m more of a core and leg workouts person as research has shown that legs are the largest muscle groups and you burn more fat while performing them!
Does the workouts require any equipment? Some of them don’t require anything, just body weight but they’re tricky enough to get your fat to scream!
What type of workouts are you sharing? I’m a biotechnologist, swimmer, boxer and personal trainer so I’m sharing all kinds of stuff that will be benefit your health either your goal is to lose fat or to go advanced than that
