Most of my classes are considered all-levels. Meaning most everything can be expanded upon or modified depending on your fitness/mobility experience
Can I do these workouts while pregnant?
This would be a question for your doctor as every pregnant persons experience as far as how it impacts their body is so radically different. Chat to your physio about it and listen to your body’s needs!
