No. It is highly recommended that you have a general knowledge of yoga or have completed my first Ab’Asanas program before beginning this one. Be prepared to start exploring arm balances and inversions within this program.
Do I need equipment?
You do not need any extra equipment outside of yourself. Although it is recommended you have a yoga or exercise mat to practice on.
How to schedule the program into a week?
Meant to be practiced on your own, or in addition to a workout. Pick 5 exercises and set your timer for 10 minutes. Do as many rounds of the 5 exercises as possible with recommended repetitions per exercises. Aim for completely this 10 min circuit 4-5x a week.
What are the goals of the program?
To focus more on specific drills that will help you achieve your goals of arm balances and inversions.

I could only do two of the five as the other three were difficult for me. But I enjoyed the two I could do!!!
