Is this program all levels? No. It is highly recommended that you have a general knowledge of yoga or have completed my first Ab’Asanas program before beginning this one. Be prepared to start exploring arm balances and inversions within this program.
You do not need any extra equipment outside of yourself. Although it is recommended you have a yoga or exercise mat to practice on.
How to schedule the program into a week? Meant to be practiced on your own, or in addition to a workout. Pick 5 exercises and set your timer for 10 minutes. Do as many rounds of the 5 exercises as possible with recommended repetitions per exercises. Aim for completely this 10 min circuit 4-5x a week.
What are the goals of the program? To focus more on specific drills that will help you achieve your goals of arm balances and inversions.
