Hello! I am so glad that you have chosen to join me on this journey of self-improvement and self-mastery. I am a husband, father of three (including twins), and Marine officer turned health and fitness coach for busy professionals. My background in the Marines and later executive protection demanded that I maintain top fitness levels at all times. In college, I ran track and cross country as an NCAA Division I athlete, specializing in the 3km steeplechase. In my spare time, I would also compete in triathlons and various endurance events. After commissioning as a Marine officer, I went on to become an instructor of combat water survival and a fitness coach for Marines struggling with their weight and health. This led me to pursue my own business in helping others, especially busy parents and professionals, improve their health and well-being as a certified health and wellness coach. I specifically focus on restoring people’s health through a holistic approach to wellness and time-saving workouts that require minimal equipment and experience.
