Welcome! I can’t wait to see how you guys crush these programs and workouts! In more than twenty five years of training, I’ve learned what movements and programming works, how to prevent injury and how to balance it all with a busy schedule. I’ve managed to have some success on the fitness industry while maintaining a full time career. It’s been a fun balancing act and I’m hoping to help you achieve your fitness goals and build the best version of yourself possible.

Goals

Bodybuilding splits built around compound powerlifting movements have always been my preferred method of training. As I build this app out, I will include at home programs with minimal equipment as well as conditioning HIIT programs. There will be a steady flow of new content and programs as time goes on. To say I’m excited to see you succeed with this app would be a massive understatement.

Training Requirements

The programs I put together to get this app up and running are designed to be done in a gym, but at home training programs are soon to follow and should be up in time for the new year. There will be a steady flow of fresh new content and programs in the upcoming weeks/months. These will include movements for specific body parts, conditioning workouts, strength programs and so on.

Accomplishments

I’ve been training for more than 25 years. In the last ten years, I’ve developed the confidence to finally put myself out there and make a name for myself in the fitness industry. In that time, I’ve been featured in most major fitness magazines including the cover of Ironman magazine. My biggest accomplishments have been becoming a 1st Phorm athlete and creating another position where I’m responsible for improving the health and fitness of first responders.
