What equipment do I need for the workouts? It depends on the program you choose, but most at-home workouts use the same equipment you’re already familiar with from YouTube—dumbbells, a mat, and optional tools like a bench or loop bands.
Some programs also incorporate resistance bands with a door anchor for added variety, with options provided if you don’t have them.
If you choose gym-based workouts, you’ll be using standard gym equipment. Just keep in mind that equipment can vary slightly from gym to gym.
Can I watch or cast the workouts to my TV or laptop? Yes — you can watch workouts on your mobile device, cast them to your TV, or stream to your laptop.
Works on iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.
Can cast to TVs using Apple TV, Chromecast, or Amazon Fire TV / Fire Stick.
You can also stream workouts to your laptop.
A mobile device is required to access and play workouts.
There is currently no native TV app.
Roku and direct streaming on Samsung Smart TVs are not supported.
Only full-length workouts can be cast (not short exercise clips).
Are there follow-along rebounding workouts in the app? Yes! You’ll find a variety of follow-along rebounding workouts inside the app.
There’s also a beginner-friendly rebounding program to help you build confidence and get started the right way.
I regularly add new rebounding workouts, and you’ll also see programs that combine rebounding with strength training for a more well-rounded approach.
Are there weekly workout schedules like YouTube? Yes! Each week you’ll have a structured workout schedule you can follow—just like you’re used to, but with more intention and progression.
You also have the flexibility to swap in other workouts from the library based on what you enjoy or need that day.
And the best part—the workout library is always growing, with new content added regularly.
