Hello 👋 Welcome to my page on playbook! Fitness has always been a huge passion of mine and I am here to share that passion with you. My approach to fitness is more gentle as I believe fitness is an act of self love. When I was younger I use to exercise as a way of punishment. Now my goal is to flip the script and help others do the same. Maintaining a healthy relationship with exercise is hands down one of the best things we can do for our bodies, especially as we age. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
