Hello 👋 Welcome to my page on playbook! Fitness has always been a huge passion of mine and I am here to share that passion with you. My approach to fitness is more gentle as I believe fitness is an act of self love. When I was younger I use to exercise as a way of punishment. Now my goal is to flip the script and help others do the same. Maintaining a healthy relationship with exercise is hands down one of the best things we can do for our bodies, especially as we age. Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
