Yoga Teacher

I am a wife and a mom, who loves teaching yoga on the side. I am a Certified Yoga Teacher (200-hour CYT from My Vinyasa Practice). Helping those to heal gives my soul purpose. An injury put me on a path to bring my yoga practice back to the basics. I found ways to heal my internal pain through movements and meditation. So many of us suffer from chronic pain anxiety, depression, and I want to help those to find comfort internally. My yoga practice is for all levels. I believe you must bring your whole SELF to the table. I'm a healer, and this is what brought me to create Ethereal Yoga. Classes are designed for all levels of yoga. We are here to help find the practice that works for you through this process. Let us get you started on your personal path to healing. If you are looking for a class for decreasing inflammation, muscle aches, headaches, anxiety, arthritis, stiffness, back pain, hip pain, shoulder pain, etc. If you are looking for a class for decreasing inflammation, muscle aches, headaches, anxiety, arthritis, stiffness, back pain, hip pain, shoulder pain, etc., you have come to the right place. I suffered a back injury in 2019 which took me on a year road trip to recovery where I healed myself using props when practicing yoga. Or just looking for flexibility, cardio, mindfulness... you have also come to the right place. We have a variety to choose from.
My playbook will help you increase mobility, flexibility, internal peace while enjoying the yoga high! I spend most of my time teaching to anyone who wants to incorporate movement into their life. I include chair yoga, yoga using props, and focus on areas that are revolving around inflammation such as the hips, back, neck, and shoulders. * Opening the hips and decompressing psoas * Developing flexibility to gain stability * Create movement that is relaxing and fun
Training Requirements
Workout anyplace and anytime online. I recommend a yoga mat, water bottle, and yoga props that include blocks, chairs, and/or straps. Sometimes we will even use a cushion of any kind.

Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
