I am a wife and a mom, who loves teaching yoga on the side. I am a Certified Yoga Teacher (200-hour CYT from My Vinyasa Practice). Helping those to heal gives my soul purpose. An injury put me on a path to bring my yoga practice back to the basics. I found ways to heal my internal pain through movements and meditation. So many of us suffer from chronic pain anxiety, depression, and I want to help those to find comfort internally. My yoga practice is for all levels. I believe you must bring your whole SELF to the table. I'm a healer, and this is what brought me to create Ethereal Yoga.

If you are looking for a class for decreasing inflammation, muscle aches, headaches, anxiety, arthritis, stiffness, back pain, hip pain, shoulder pain, etc., you have come to the right place. I suffered a back injury in 2019 which took me on a year road trip to recovery where I healed myself using props when practicing yoga.
