What do I need to participate in this program? This is a home-based program. It's helpful if you have dumbbells, resistance bands, resistance loops, and a stability ball. Check the insights tab for links to purchase these products!
How to schedule the program into a week? Ideally I would space a day in between each workout but see what works for your schedule. It's ok if you need to do them on back to back days since each workout is focused on a different region of the body.
How to get the best outcome of the program? Listen to your body! Stop if something doesn't feel good. Focus on the muscles you feel working. Try to eliminate distractions. Commit to each workout! πͺπ«
