Watched the açaí bowl video. Haven’t tried it but will this weekend when I pick up the ingredients. Acai berries are believed to have more antioxidant content than cranberry, raspberry, blackberry, strawberry, or blueberry. Chemicals in acai might also reduce swelling, lower blood sugar levels, and stimulate the immune system. During the fall and winter months, it’s important to boost your immune system. I would hate to get sick and miss a day of workouts.

Be cool if you just add the list here of all the ingredients at the beginning. 10 minutes is way too long for these. I found myself fast forwarding. Maybe you can have one already made and just pull that out. Quickly go through the steps and portions beforehand and instead of doing the entire thing. Just wrap it up in 4 and say this is what it looks like lol
