I have made my Bustelo cafe con leche style for years but most recently started using your coconut oil idea and cut the milk out of my coffee. It is so much better!

Watched the açaí bowl video. Haven’t tried it but will this weekend when I pick up the ingredients. Acai berries are believed to have more antioxidant content than cranberry, raspberry, blackberry, strawberry, or blueberry. Chemicals in acai might also reduce swelling, lower blood sugar levels, and stimulate the immune system. During the fall and winter months, it’s important to boost your immune system. I would hate to get sick and miss a day of workouts.
