Hello! I have been a Certified Group Fitness Instructor for over 20 years. I began teaching in a small women’s only club while attending high school. I realized I enjoyed motivating and helping others through fitness. I fell in love 💗 Teaching is not a job for me, it’s a fun way to stay in shape, work out and meet new people. What type of workouts are you sharing?
Various Yoga formats: Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Restorative, Yin and Meditation. Pilates Mat with and with equipment. Barre routines on the floor, with the chair and the bar. Abdominal circuits Strength training Stretching At home Full body circuits
Does the workouts require any equipment?
You may need a Yoga mat or exercise mat. Most of the workouts can be done at home or at the gym. The exercises can be done without equipment. Optional equipment|: Hand weights Resistance bands Small ball Large ball Yoga blocks Yoga bolster Yoga strap Chair or barre
What’s the main goal for your workouts?
