Hello! I have been a Certified Group Fitness Instructor for over 20 years. I began teaching in a small women’s only club while attending high school. I realized I enjoyed motivating and helping others through fitness. I fell in love 💗
Teaching is not a job for me, it’s a fun way to stay in shape, work out and meet new people.
I believe that health and fitness is a life long journey. The positive effects that exercise has on ones well being shines through. I live to inspire ✨ others through motivation and exercise.
