The app works by allowing you to log in and choose the type of training you’re interested in! There are several different splits to choose from. Whether you want to train 3, 4, 5, or 6 times a week, there’s a program for you! You can track your lifts, and if you need help with your workouts or the app, I’m available directly on the app to assist you.
How much does the app cost? The app costs $15 per month, which is approximately 105 DKK. You pay with a card, and the amount will be automatically deducted monthly. The reason it’s charged in dollars is because the platform is American. I chose this platform because it’s an incredibly good app!
