About the program

This program is meant for travelers or people who don't have access to equipment. This program will be 5 days of workouts that will last 20-40 minutes hitting each muscle group every single day. It is a 4 week program but can be done for just one week, two weeks, three weeks, or even 8 weeks if you are traveling for two months or are on a time crunch and want to workout at home. This program can help maintain progress or even be used as a main program to make progress. - A Full Body Split: Meaning you train the entire upper and lower body everyday including abs.
