This program is meant for travelers or people who only have access to a pair of dumbbells.  This program will be 5 days of workouts that will last 20-40 minutes and will include 3 different splits you can choose from and a full bodyweight ab routine. This program can help maintain progress while you are away or even be used as a main program to make progress.
- A Full Body Split: Meaning you train the entire upper and lower body everyday
- A Upper/Lower/Full Body Split: Meaning you train upper for two days, lower for two days, and one day of full body
- Push/Pull/Legs/upper/lower: Meaning you train Chest, shoulders, tris. Then back, biceps. Then legs. Then upper body. Then lower body.
- This will also include a full bodyweight ab routine.
