What are the goals of the program? The goal of this program is to introduce structure and movement into every day routine. This program is designed to keep you motivated and challenged with the most functional movements in exercise and to provide a base body weight routine and challenge for any level.
How to get the best outcome of the program? The best outcome is to stick to the plan and create time in your day that is best for you to dedicate to yourself. I suggest 3 days a week, which this program is designed for. Monday, Wednesday, Friday is the most ideal, however, LIFE HAPPENS and we all run on different routines. Plan your days and stick to it!
How to schedule the program into a week? I would suggest for this particular plan to dedicate 3 days a week to the workouts. A 3 day plan for a week to me is best as a Monday, Wednesday, and Friday workout so Tuesday and Thursday can be used as functional/active rest days. Listen to your body and do what is best for you!
What do I need to participate in this program? Positive mindset and a water bottle will do just fine! If you have a mat you like to use that is cool too! We’re doing functional body weight exercises so everything will be based around you and your body!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? This program is designed for everyone no matter the skill level. All of the movements are based on fictional, every day movements. There are definitely exercises that can be modified or progressed depending on your fitness level but this program is designed for EVERYONE!
How long is this program! This program is intended to be 4 weeks with 3 workouts per week. These workouts can absolutely be condensed into a 2 week program or stretched to be however long you’d like. Maybe even mix them into a routine you already like. Functional bodyweight exercises can be for anywhere, at anytime.
