This is my all time bloat-busting smoothie! Not only will it help fight bloating but it will also make your skin so glowy and healthy ✨

Some information of why I used these ingredients:

🍍Pineapple is a great natural source of fiber and contains an ample amount of an enzyme called bromelain, which breaks down protein and aids in digestion. Also, since it's naturally sweet, you don't have to add any extra sweeteners or fruits to this smoothie.

🥬 Celery gives a hydration boost to get your digestion moving. It also provides certain flavonoids (tiny plant molecules) that reduce inflammation in your body - including in your gut.

🥑 Avocado is packed with potassium. Your body needs potassium to manage its sodium levels, which in turn controls the amount of water you hang onto. The better that system works, the less bloat you’ll have.

🫚 Ginger is essential in helping soothe and stimulate an active digestive tract. Even after eating too big of a meal, ginger can diminish the symptoms of indigestion, gas, stomach discomfort and bloating. The same applies to nausea.

🧡 Turmeric is full of antioxidants, and it's been linked to increased brain activity and improved mental capacity and health. So if you're feeling a little foggy or down, drink this smoothie.

▫️1/2 cup pineapple
▫️1 stalk celery
▫️1/2 avocado
▫️1/4 cup parsley
▫️1 inch grated ginger
▫️1/2 inch grated turmeric (use napkin so you don’t stain your fingers yellow)
▫️1 cup unsweetened almond milk
▫️2 scoops Truvani Protein + Greens
OR a clean vanilla protein powder without any fillers or added sugar/synthetic sugars. Please read the ingredients because those fillers cause bloating and the sugar or synthetic sugars damage our gut microbiome. I suggest using Truvani.
