How to get the best outcome of the program? To follow the program each day. I made each exercise 6-8 minutes long so that it can be done each day! No excuses! This will start of your year to a more consistent workout schedule!
How to schedule the program into a week? You can do the exercise any time of the day! Each routine is only 6-8 minutes long so there are no excuses to fit it in! It is also designed to fit into any of my programs as a finisher 💪🏻
What do I need to participate in this program? Just your beautiful body! No equipment needed unless you want to add in some weight.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? All skill levels! Beginners are able to do each exercise 20-30 secs each and intermediate to advanced can do the full 50 secs each!
Yes! It is designed to be done everyday for 2 weeks! I will be downloading each routine the day before so it is available to everyone no matter from which country you’re from.
Can I obtain a 6 pack with this challenge? One thing everyone in this app learns is to be patient and learn that great things come with time and dedication. We all have different bodies therefore someone’s abs will look different from yours. In the process of your fitness journey you will learn to love your body 🤍 Remember, that a clean diet comes hand in hand with having abs so check out my nutrition guide in the highlights section for more information! We all have abs but we need to strengthen the muscles to be able to define them so they show up.
