Hi María, thanks for this one. My 3rd time doing it and I always learn, enjoy it and progress more in my postures 🤯💙.
Wanted to ask which of the routines you'd recommend to losen the lower back/ hips. There's an area lol, I almost feel attached to my legs and simply won't losen up. I've tried the lower back pain exercises, including the cat/cow variations (loved them btw) which definitely help, but, still have this problem.
Too much tension is, let's say part of my daily life :3, and I'd love to improve on this
Any recommendation is much much appreciated.
