          Online personal trainer

          My first ever job was working at a gym where my love for fitness grew. This is where I began to learn about all the equipment, proper form, and start building workouts. Years later I decided to become a certified personal trainer, I was working at another gym in a new state. I grew my knowledge began working with some clients and taught group fitness classes. Through it all my #1 goal was to help others. To show up and guide people through their movement of the day. To encourage people to take care of themselves even if it’s just being active for 20 minutes, it all starts with the first step and the belief that you can do this! My workouts have ranged from lifting heavy to staying consistent moving my body in what way feels best daily. I want you to feel encouraged in this community I’m building, encouraged to show up every day knowing you’re getting stronger both mentally and physically. You can expect programs from a 4 week guide to getting started and staying consistent to building strength and pushing weight. No matter what you’re goals are I’m here to support in any way I can. To take away the stress of wondering what workout to do, I hope I can be a safe space in your life of fitness 🤍

          There are workouts for everyone whether you have a home gym or a regular gym membership. No workouts will require machines, all will be dumbbell or barbell based.
