I grew up an athlete and have been playing sports & being active since I was 2 years old. After graduating from high school as a three season athlete I felt lost. I no longer had a coach telling me how to move my body. College hit me hard & I gained 20 lbs. I knew I wanted to be active & take care of my body but didn’t know how. I fell in love with Soul Cycle & spin my junior year of college & it changed my life. My soul was lit on fire in spin class and working out was no longer a chore but something I looked forward too & was vital in my mental health. Then I found group fitness and eventually weightlifting. I want to help people find how life changing movement can be both physically, mentally & spiritually.. but not take a long to figure it all out as I had to. If you don’t know where to start in the gym but want to get moving, I’m your gal!!!!
