Hi guys, I’m Logan — founder of Soma, strength coach, Pilates instructor, and ultra runner. 🤍
Movement has always been a huge part of my life, but over the years my approach to fitness evolved into something much bigger than just workouts. I started coaching women because I wanted to help them feel strong, capable, and confident in a way that actually fits real life.
As a studio owner, I built Soma to be a space that blended strength, sculpt, mobility, and community — creating workouts that challenge you while still feeling empowering and sustainable. At the same time, endurance training and ultra running completely changed the way I viewed both physical and mental strength.
That combination of strength training, Pilates-inspired movement, and endurance is what shaped my training style today. I truly believe fitness should help you feel athletic, balanced, and confident — whether you’re lifting in the gym, taking a sculpt class, training for a race, or just moving your body because it makes you feel good.
