I am Lindsey Renee. Most of the time the gym really is my saving grace, my therapy, and ultimately my way of life. For me, going to the gym is more than lifting weights. It’s me pushing myself mentally & physically to be better each day. Life can so difficult sometimes but for me the gym is always there. It’s a way for me to prove to myself I can do anything I set my mind to & even in the most difficult of circumstances. Personally, I workout about 6 times a week and do daily cardio. Some of you might think I’m crazy, but I’m actually just super passionate. I am here to share my love of fitness with YOU! My main type of content I’ll be sharing is my famous “leg/booty” days. For those that are new to lifting, no worries! I explain ALL the exercises, how to perform them, and how many sets/ reps. Eventually, more will be added (at home workouts, ab circuits, and upper body workouts), but for now enjoy getting a juicy peach!!
My playbook will help you grow your legs and glutes while building lean muscle. You will learn how to correctly perform exercises to increase total body strength. These workouts are created to increase your endurance which will in turn help burn more fat.
Training Requirements
My workouts will require you to have access to some sort of gym. Home workouts will be coming soon!
I am a NASM certified personal trainer and have been working as one for the last 2 years. I have experience in both being an athlete and being a coach. I was a volleyball player in college all 4 years and then I coached for 2 years. I am VERY passionate about what I do because I love being able to help people transform their lives.
