I am Lindsey Renee. Most of the time the gym really is my saving grace, my therapy, and ultimately my way of life. For me, going to the gym is more than lifting weights. It’s me pushing myself mentally & physically to be better each day. Life can so difficult sometimes but for me the gym is always there. It’s a way for me to prove to myself I can do anything I set my mind to & even in the most difficult of circumstances. Personally, I workout about 6 times a week and do daily cardio. Some of you might think I’m crazy, but I’m actually just super passionate. I am here to share my love of fitness with YOU!
My main type of content I’ll be sharing is my famous “leg/booty” days. For those that are new to lifting, no worries! I explain ALL the exercises, how to perform them, and how many sets/ reps. Eventually, more will be added (at home workouts, ab circuits, and upper body workouts), but for now enjoy getting a juicy peach!!
