My name is Libby Vincek. I’m an online personal trainer, group HIIT and functional fitness trainer, and a certified women’s fitness specialist. I am a Survivor Castaway, Amazon travel show host, dog mom, and health nut. I live in Orange Beach, AL where I try to spend as much time by the ocean as I can! I love what I do, and now extremely happy to be sharing my workouts with you! I specialize in functional weight training, HIIT and conditioning. My workouts will range from bodyweight HIIT and Tabata style, Cable and TRX training to (my favorite) dumbbell and barebell workouts. Light by Libby was inspired by my journey to loving fitness and health. I struggled with Athletic Anorexia while in college and rather than staying in the dark place mentally, strength training was a light for me. Becoming stronger, more confident and more knowledgeable gave me the sparks I needed to become more in life! I want that to be the same for you. Whether you’re in a tough place in life and you’re just starting your fitness journey, you’re an athlete wanting MORE or just somewhere in between - the Light by Libby App will give you what you need to become stronger, more confident in your body, and wanting even more out of life!

Training Requirements
My workouts can be done at home or in the gym! If you have access to dumbbells, kettlebells, or bands - wonderful! My programs are for all levels made with modifications and progressions to challenge the heck out of you without equipment limitations. Together, we will find a way for you to build strength and muscle endurance where you are with what you have. You just need to have the energy to start!
