Clean dumbbells into a front rack position. Keep chest up as you descend into a squat. Full ROM

Dumbbell Front Squats

Hold Dbs by your side, start in a split squat position. Jump up switching legs getting your knee as close to the ground as you can.

Dumbbell Plyo Split Squats

Get into a plank position holding onto 2 KBs. Arms locked, core tight. Descend into a push up then push hips up into a pike position.

Dual Kettlebell Push up-pike

Circuit 1

Place hands onto the bar outside shoulder width. Press bar all the way up top the ceiling, locking out. As the bar descends back down to your shoulders, bend your knees slightly to power the bar back overhead.

Barbell Push Press

Holding DBs by your side, feet hip width apart. (not too wide or the DBs will hit your legs as you descend) Keep chest up as you descend. Make sure you knees don't cave.

Dumbbell Suitcase Squats

Lay supine, legs elevated, shoulder blades off the ground. Press KB straight into the air then back down. Elbows touching the ground

Single Arm Kettlebell Hollow Body Hold Press

Circuit 2

Step onto a box, rotate to one side as you step down. Repeat with the other leg, rotating in the other direction.

Dumbbell Box Step Overs

Clean dumbbells into a front rack then straight into a push press.

Dumbbell hang clean press

Grab onto the bars. Keep core tight as you bring your legs up. Try to round your back by tucking your hips while your legs are up. Then go back down to starting position. Try not to swing.
