Thick n Fit is a 7 day split program. We will have strength training, conditioning & active rest days. *Not all 7 days are lifting. Ive added rest days to help guide you when taking days off. The goal for this 8 week program is to gain all over lean muscle, keeping the lower body thick & the upper body lean with defined abs. When building muscle, you will need to have a high protein diet with moderate/high carbs. In each of the workouts, I will let you know if that particular day is a high or low carb day. To drop body fat & look lean/conditioned, you must follow the cardio & be in a caloric deficit. If you need help with finding your macros, Ive added a separate program called, Macros.
