This program is all about aesthetics, building lean muscle & decreasing body fat. Ive programmed a 5x per week training split hitting all muscle groups. There will also be cardio included in each workout. The program starts with high reps (hypertrophy) & as we decrease the reps each week, Id like you to increase your weight/load. I’m an ISSA Elite Trainer & I’ve been a certified coach for 13+years. Some of my certifications are: Precision Nutrition 1 Nutritionist, Bodybuilding Specialist, Glute Specialist & Kettlebell Certified. My go-to style of training has always been bodybuilding even though I never had any desire to compete. I just love the art of sculpting our bodies. After being in the hospitality industry / bartender in Miami for many years, I decided to move my career to coaching & nutrition. Watch my video demonstration for each exercise & focus on good form. Try to push to failure for every or most exercises. Pair this program with a clean macro balanced diet high in protein if your goal is to build muscle & drop Body fat.
How to schedule the program into a week?
This is a 5x per week split so this program can be followed by itself. You may take 2 rest days if needed or if you'd like to train 7 days, you can pair this with my HIIT, Kettlebell or Core programs.
