Hi there! I'm LaRonda, a Nashville native now living in Dallas with my husband. Fitness has been my ride-or-die ever since a high school gym class showed me what it feels like to be physically strong and confident. That fire just grew as I studied Psychology and Health Promotion in college, getting certified as a personal trainer and life coach along the way. See, I realized long ago that true transformation requires much more than just working on the body. I'm a beginner, is Playbook for me?
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, my app will help you succeed. Workouts and programs posted in the app are for any level of fitness. Plus, I will walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
You should not have to purchase any equipment, unless you want to try a specific workout that I create. (ie. Bosu, Medicine Ball, etc.) It is your choice! I have a lot of workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) or none at all. I also have a few workouts that you can try in the gym with machines. It is something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
