Mini Taco cups! ๐ฎ
These are so easy and macro friendly! Also you can eat like 6 of them! ๐ค
Using a upside down muffin tin, add your mini street taco tortillas (corn or flower work great) in between the molds, spray with a little oil and sprinkle with salt.
Into the oven at 375 for about 10 minutes, that do crispy up quick so keep an eye on them!
While those are in the oven,
Add a tad of oil to a pan, add 2-3 cloves minced garlic, and 1/2 cup diced onion, let this cook down for 3-4 minutes.
Add 1lb lean beef 93/7
Then season with Chili Powder, garlic, onion, dried oregano, paprika, cumin, salt and pepper
Once meat is browned remove and add to shells!
Top with a little Queso, shredded lettuce and tomato!!
Then sit back and enjoy! ๐ค๐ป
