Does fitness level matter? No! I will be uploading a variety of workouts weekly, from beginner to advanced.
Will all your workouts require a full gym? No! I will have a mix of gym and at-home workouts. I want to make sure I have something for everyone!
How often will new workouts be posted? I will be posting a number of workouts weekly so y'all have lots to choose from.
How do I know how much weight I should be lifting? I generally instruct clients to grab a light weight (5-10lbs) for their first set and go from there. If your rep set is 10-12 reps and you could easily perform 12+ reps then increase the weight for the next set (and vice versa). With a rep range of 10-12 you should be able to complete 10 reps with your 10th rep being HARD and almost too difficult to complete. The same goes for any rep range 6-8, 8-10 etc.
What if my gym doesn't have a piece of equipment you're using? Get creative OR google! type the exercise into google and add "modification" or "variation" to the end and you'll be sure to find a modification you're able to do instead.
If I want to do cardio along with this workout when should complete that? At then END of your strength workout!! I can't express the importance enough of completing cardio AFTER your workout. If you complete it before you'll tire out your muscles which will lead to a less then stellar workout.
