Grab your foot and pull it back towards your glute pull and hold tight

Quad stretch 40 sec each side

Glute & hip stretch

Jump n jack

- Hold the dumbbell at chest height
-Wide stance feet pointed outward
- Push your hips back and keep your chest up as you come down 
- Reach parallel and push through your heels to come up

Sumo stance DB goblet squat

- Begin with a dumbbell in each hand
- Place one foot on the bench and move forward a few inches so the front knee is bent to 90 degrees
- Push hips back and lower down until your back knee almost touches the floor
- Push through your heel and stand up

Bulgarian split squats

- Place your upper back on a bench, and dumbbells at your hips
- Push through your heels bringing your hips up 
- Engage your glutes as you come up
- Lower back to starting position

DB hip thrust

Alternate jump lunges focus on keeping your balance while jumping, you back foot should always be on the balls of your foot your whole foot should never touch the ground. Your front foot will be completely on the ground that will give your force to jump and switch feet

Alternating jump lunges w/dumbells

- Lean back to about 45 degrees and raise your legs off the floor
- Rotate dumbbell from side to side

Dumbbell russian twist

- Start in a plank position hands on dumbbell 
- Drive your knees towards your chest one at a time back and forth 
- Increase speed as you feel comfortable

Db Mountain climbers

Seat down with hands placed next to your hips brace yourself slightly lean back engaging your core, lift your legs up and over the dumbbells go back and forth keep you core engaged and your feet should never hit the ground

Seated leg raises over dumbbells
