Hey my name is Kimia (or Kim) whichever you prefer aha! This is my story. I started my fitness journey 5 years ago because I truly wanted to change the way I look and feel comfortable in my skin! I have been through it all, tried it all and made many mistakes along the way. I started off as a beginner not knowing: - my way around the gym - where to start - which exercises to do - how to make a program And many more! I know how it feels like to feel like you’re running around in circles, not making progress and going back to square one, I too found it hard to find motivation to get myself up and moving! I am here to help you and get you into the mindset of consistency over motivation and show you that it is not as hard as you think! I have been studying and still are studying fitness at degree level for 5 years so I believe I can truly help! My aim is to make you fall in love with moving your body, create those habits and overall become confident in your skin just how I wanted to at the start of my journey! I want to remind you that this is all about YOU and it is YOUR journey and YOU have the power to create a life you love <3

Training Requirements
A gym will be required for most workouts and programs but there will be lots of home workouts with minimal equipment too! If you want to start weightlifting and really push yourself, I would recommend having access to a gym or a home based gym with lots of equipment!
I have been training for 5 years, consistently and efficiently for 2 years, I have trained girls and guys online and in the gym! Certified Trainer and Coach
