For many of us January is a very hectic month and it can be hard to stay consistent with many things, that is why I have created this challenge for February!
28 Days, 7 Days a week, 1 New Workout each day!
5x 1 hour workouts
2x 45 minute workouts
That’s right you only need 1 hour a day!
Workouts include:
- Weight training
- HIIT training
- Functional Training
- Mobility & Stretching
- Cardio
- Core training
- Body Weight training
- Pilates
That means you will not be intensely overtraining, with the right balance of intensity and active rest days you will feel strong at the end of each week! This challenge is all about staying consistent and enjoying moving your body each day!

Hey my name is Kimia (or Kim) whichever you prefer aha! This is my story.
I started my fitness journey 5 years ago because I truly wanted to change the way I look and feel comfortable in my skin! I have been through it all, tried it all and made many mistakes along the way.
I started off as a beginner not knowing:
- my way around the gym
- where to start
- which exercises to do
- how to make a program
And many more!
I know how it feels like to feel like you’re running around in circles, not making progress and going back to square one, I too found it hard to find motivation to get myself up and moving! I am here to help you and get you into the mindset of consistency over motivation and show you that it is not as hard as you think! I have been studying and still are studying fitness at degree level for 5 years so I believe I can truly help!
My aim is to make you fall in love with moving your body, create those habits and overall become confident in your skin just how I wanted to at the start of my journey! I want to remind you that this is all about YOU and it is YOUR journey and YOU have the power to create a life you love <3

What are the goals of the program?
Move your body everyday and stay consistent! Learn different exercises and find the type of training you enjoy by trying them all!
How to schedule the program into a week?
You will have five 1 hour workouts with two 45 minute workouts in one week. They will be labelled however you can mix them up if you wish!
What do I need to participate in this program?
Gym based equipment
How to get the best outcome of the program?
Stay consistent, have a can do mindset and challenge yourself in each workout! Either give it your all or nothing if you want the best outcome!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
All skill levels are welcome to join this challenge, there are lots of variations. However it may be easier if you have experience in the gym
