You could say fitness is in my blood. My mom taught group fitness her whole life, and I grew up in a car seat in the back of her classes—watching, soaking it all in. By 18, I was leading my own spin classes in college, and I’ve never looked back.
Movement has carried me through every season of life—from late-night study sessions to motherhood, including four C-sections in five years between ages 31 and 36. I know firsthand what it’s like to feel stretched thin, physically and emotionally. But I also know the power of showing up, even when it’s hard.
Now at 42, I’m the healthiest and strongest I’ve ever been—not because it’s been easy, but because I’ve learned what works. I’ve built this space for women who want to feel strong in their bodies again, rebuild their confidence, and find sustainable routines that fit real life.
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about progress, grace, and strength—one rep, one habit, one choice at a time. I’m so glad you’re here.
