Hello, Welcome to my channel. My name is Kiara also known as “ iamkiarafit”. I’ve been a certified personal trainer and competitive bodybuilder since 2015. In my teens and college I ran track and field. Fitness and training has always been my passion. I ABSOLUTELY love training my clients, helping them gain their self confidence back; that’s the most important piece when it comes to my training. Fitness is about building the inner body just as you would the outer. Therefore, my workouts are designed to relieve stress, build self- love and secure relaxation. Joining my channel we will set goals together and I’m going to make sure you dominate them all. My channel will include self-love, strength, weight loss, toning and lots of motivation. In addition, I will have daily mantra chants, motivational quotes and positive vibes only! So let’s dive right in and crush your goals together!

Training Requirements

My workouts can be done at home but you’ll need 5-10lb dumbbells, yoga mat, Resistant bands, kettle ball and jump rope. My workouts at the gym may require a gym membership.
