Hello, Welcome to my channel. My name is Kiara also known as “ iamkiarafit”. I’ve been a certified personal trainer and competitive bodybuilder since 2015. In my teens and college I ran track and field. Fitness and training has always been my passion. I ABSOLUTELY love training my clients, helping them gain their self confidence back; that’s the most important piece when it comes to my training. Fitness is about building the inner body just as you would the outer. Therefore, my workouts are designed to relieve stress, build self- love and secure relaxation.
