WARM UP before starting each workout! This is essential in preventing injury and getting your body ready for a great workout COOL DOWN once workouts are completed and remember to stretch! Stretching will help with blood circulation as well as range of motion to optimize results For beginners- use light weight and work on perfecting your form and engaging the muscles you are actively working for optimum results. Increase weight as you feel comfortable. For advanced lifters- use a weight that challenges you within the last few reps and increase weight each week but make sure you’re not compromising form. Lift heavy! You can do it!
