Hey there! So glad you are here! My name is Kendall Sasselli and am here to empower you to feel good & have fun in your workouts! I have always been musically driven and music & movement has always been a motivation for me. I like to be creative & innovative in my workouts and with health struggles I had along my journey, it eventually shaped me to get into health & fitness to change me mentally & physically creating a lifestyle I love. I want to help connect your body in a deeper level for all fitness styles. I believe fitness is SELF-CARE and I want you to feel the same :)
Goals
I help people love music & movement creating workouts that spark joy & fun! My goal is to have you enjoy a variety of different types of fitness that will work the whole body in different ways that your body needs! I want you to CRAVE my workouts! I aim for innovative exercises in cardio, dance, sculpt, resistance training, HITT, barre, rebound, yoga, pilates, and even recovery exercises for mobility, strength, stretch & injuries. I want to share it all that can be easily done in home!
Training Requirements
Show up, have a positive mindset & have fun😊 All my workouts are done at home. Many of my workouts consist of different props & equipment, but if you don’t have any, I have plenty of bodyweight workouts as well! Equipment used for workouts: rebounder, barre or chair, dumbbells, kettlebells, ankle weights, booty bands, bala ring, resistance bands, pilates ball, balance ball, medicine ball, aerobic stepper, sliders/skateboard, bar, yoga blocks, yoga wheel & yoga mat.
Accomplishments
I am a certified personal trainer, fitness coach & nutritionist . I teach all things fitness and am certified in barre, rebound/sculpt & pilates. I have experience teaching group fitness classes, private sessions and restorative yoga for behavioral health facilities for in-home patients & outpatients. I’m always constantly loving to learn all things fitness to further my knowledge to share and spread the love of wellness ❤️
