Just some correction on the breakdown for the plank. (I know this is new and you’re still ironing out the kink and by all means I’m not trying to be a dick) without is one work on the lank plank exercise description and also the video is zoomed in a bit too tight so it looks more like an elbow plank rather than an extended plank hold. ❤️

- Gently lift your head and shoulders off the floor 
- Slowly contracting your abdominals
- Pause briefly, lower back down
- Lower back stays in contact with the pad or floor

Crunches

- Lying on you side, lower arm extended out for support
- Crunch your side up at the same time as raising your knees, hold position for a moment 
- Keep your core engaged
* Work both sides

Oblique crunches

- Pull your knee toward your chest while rotating your upper torso 
- Bring your opposite elbow to your knee 
- Repeat on the opposite side
- Focus on engaging your core

Bicycle crunches

- Keep your hand underneath your shoulder, and feet stacked on top of each other
- Dip your hips down then back up engaging your core
- Complete desired reps then repeat on the opposite side

Side plank hip dips

- Start in a plank position
- Bring your hands forward with out letting your glutes dip down 
- Keep your core engaged
