My name is Ken Clarke, I’m from Indianapolis Indiana and have been a fitness enthusiast from the moment I picked up my first weight at 16 years old. I had no idea what I was doing, but with the help of fitness magazines, and watching YouTube videos, I quickly learned my way around the gym…aka, my parent’s basement, and realized how much I loved seeing what my body could do with hard work and dedication.
I focus mostly on traditional strength training and bodybuilding style workouts; no crazy standing on your head while doing curls type of exercises. Showing people proper form to prevent injury while helping them feel more confident and comfortable during their fitness journey is my ultimate goal.
When I’m not in the gym, you’ll find me traveling, hanging with my close group of friends, reading all things to do with fitness and technology, or chilling on the couch with my husband and two French Bulldogs.
