How to schedule the workouts? -I recommend training 4-5x per week
-Start wherever you want in the feed and then follow the workouts in sequence
What are the goals of these workouts? -Build strong foundation (frame of the body)
-Build core strength
-Improve posture
-Improve mental clarity and focus
-Increase overall lean muscle mass in all key body parts
-Get lean and burn body fat
What do I need to participate in this program? - Can be done at home, in your hotel or at the gym
- Equipment listed in workouts is recommended but not necessary
- A positive attitude and dedication
How to make the most of the workouts? -Get proper sleep (8-9 hours a night is a must)
- Dedicated nutrition regime that consists only of wholesome natural ingredients
- Drink the daily recommendation of water
- Make sure to allow muscles time to recover
-Ice cold showers in the morning and after workouts is highly recommended
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? -The workouts are designed for all levels, as any beginner, intermediate, or advanced level athlete will benefit from this program
-Each session starts with a proper warm-up
-Recommend 40-50 very deep inhalations through the nose in order to over oxygenate the body and wake up nervous system
