A powerful blend of strength, mobility, and Pilates designed to take your foundation to the next level. This 3-day-per-week program combines: ✅ Two full-body strength + mobility sessions using a foam roller, resistance bands and a hip circle ✅ One Pilates-focused day featuring foam roller + hip circle work to support control, core strength, and recovery Phase 2 builds on everything you’ve mastered—adding more resistance, more control, and more intention—without overwhelming your schedule. Perfect for anyone ready to feel stronger, more connected, and more capable in their body.
