today I woke up at 4am for some readon and couldn’t fall back to sleep so it’s been a LOOONG day for me & I was so tired and seriously considering doing this workout tomorrow morning instead of today but decided to give it a try and it was such a nice slower pace, exactly what I needed 💖

Not gonna review these every day but I notice you mention not to bring your knee over your toe in the lunges. Did you record these all before working with ATG? Just curious...
