How to get the best outcome of the program?
To get the best outcome of the program is to stay consistent and do all the workouts. Really push yourself on how much weight you’re lifting and take your time on each exercise, don’t just rush through them.
How to schedule the program into a week?
The workouts are 6 days a week with one active recovery day. You can choose which day is your recovery day depending on your schedule. I recommend getting your workout done in the morning to ensure it gets done, but ultimately do what works with your schedule.
What do I need to participate in this program?
You will need a access to a gym with various equipment.
