You don’t need any equipment to do this challenge! I do recommend a yoga mat and a bench or chair for some of the moves, but that can be found in most homes! To take this challenge to the next level, you can get a heavy bag and gloves but that is 100% not necessary to do this challenge.

Flipping loved this workout and doing the five punches of each. I also love call outs so I don’t sit and anticipate wants coming next I just workout.
