* 3 workouts per week (30-45 minutes). Specifically scheduled on days where you can add upper body (from my subscription weekly program) to rest days so you can get a full body workout split throughout the week. 

* Equipment needed: 
- Dumbbells (preferably heavy)
- Long resistance bands and mini bands
- Yoga blocks or anything that can slightly elevate your body
- A bench!

* Progressive glute-focused training so you see results week after week. Repeat the program as many times as you wish for even more booty gains. 
* Follow-along video demos for every exercise!
