Before starting my fitness journey, I’ve struggled with my self image - I hated how I looked. Throughout the years, I’ve struggled with poor eating habits, poor mental health & I had zero confidence. I needed to make a change. I was lifting weights prior, however I found it to be rather anticlimactic and wanted to switch up my training routine. Having to watch many street workout videos, & witness others perform muscle-ups in the gym, I was fascinated & eager to learn. Now fast forward, after trying several different methods, experiencing several setbacks, I was able to find the most efficient exercises, I've been able to progress at a rapid rate.
With years of handful experience, I completely transformed how I look, & improved my mental health. My life completely changed, and I plan on paying it forward. My passion for fitness has made me decide to transfer everything I’ve learnt into helping others so they too can experience an epic transformation. I have tested every possible training method and exercise to know which ones are the most effective and injury-free. I’ve also taken it to the next level and created workout programs making it suitable to reach everyones goals. I personally know what it’s like to struggle, and I’d like to help.
